100% New Zealand owned Silky Oak is a family run business, with staff who are like part of the family.Starting out as a Chocolate Manufacturer/Retailer the complex has expanded over the years, and now comprises of a Chocolate Thru the Ages Museum, gift and clothing shop, Chocolate/Pantry Shop with Silky Oak Handmade Chocolates, and Fudges as well as Silky Oak’s own brand of handmade chutneys, Vinaigrettes, Infused Oils, Sweet Syrups, Gift Baskets and Boxes, including our Goodie Bags plus much more.At Silky Oak we believe in Kiwi’s supporting Kiwis, this is why our Chocolate/Pantry shop is 90% New Zealand made products, with other items to compliment the range Casual counter serve offering sandwiches, salads & hot drinks, plus handmade chocolates & fudge.
